SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping within Malaysia is free of charge. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days, contingent upon stock availability, following confirmed payment. Delivery usually takes 5-7 days and will be managed by our courier partners, PosLaju. For international shipping, we have partnered with Parcelhub.

Important Information:

Delivery times are provided as guidelines and may be subject to delays due to payment authorization, stock availability, and customs processing. Any additional delivery charges will be communicated accordingly. Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes. All orders are fully traceable through the assigned courier agent.

Our shipping schedules are on Tuesday, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Taxes & Duties:

Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are not included in the displayed price and must be covered by the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot control these charges or predict customs processing times, which vary from country to country. Prior to placing an order, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential duties and taxes to avoid unforeseen fees. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive to ensure that all our products are crafted and shipped with excellent quality. Your purchases from this website are considered final and, under normal circumstances, cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. However, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item. We highly recommend referring to our fit guide and comparing measurements against our sizing system to make an informed purchase.

Exchanges for sizing or color errors are generally not permitted, except in cases of proven production defects. It's important to note that we cannot accept responsibility for defects resulting from logistics, domestic transportation, mishandling, or negligence. Unfortunately, such instances are ineligible for exchange.

To initiate the exchange process for a defective or incorrect item, or in the event of an out-of-stock or duplicated product due to an error, please email us at area37official@gmail.com with your invoice number and a photo of the product. Our team will assess the case for exchange eligibility. If approved, you may be required to return the item, with postage costs reimbursed. Items must be in 100% unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition, with original tags intact. In the event that the correct item is unavailable, a refund will be issued promptly.

Defective Items:
