12. Orders and Payment

Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be completed within two (2) hours of placing the order. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.
Discount Codes: If available, discount codes must be entered during checkout. They cannot be applied to previous or completed orders.

13. Shipping Policy

Courier Partner: Local deliveries are handled by Flash Express or Poslaju. For international orders, AREA 37 may use DHL Express or other courier services.

Processing Time:

Ready-stock items are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
Custom size or made-to-order items require additional production time, as stated on the product page.

Delivery Time: Delivery duration depends on courier operations and destination. Tracking numbers will be provided once dispatched.

Delays: AREA 37 is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs clearance, weather, courier disruptions).

14. Product Quality and Defects

AREA 37 maintains strict quality control on all products.

Clear photo evidence must be provided for review.
Minor imperfections (such as loose threads or slight variations) do not qualify as defects.

15. Return & Exchange Policy

All Pre-order and Made-to-Measure items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has started.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully:

Exchanges:

Accepted for sizing issues, defects, or if the wrong item is received.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, dislike of product), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
If the return is due to a valid defect or wrong item shipped, AREA 37 will bear the cost of both the return and the replacement shipping.

Refunds:

AREA 37 does not provide store credit.
Refunds will only be issued if:
1. The defect is severe and cannot be resolved by exchange, and
2. No replacement item is available in stock.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
