   • Ship out within normal processing time.
2. Pre-Order / Made-to-Measure (Custom Orders)
   • Requires full payment to confirm order.
   • Production lead time will be provided (may vary depending on workload & logistics).
   • Once production starts → no cancellations, returns, or exchanges allowed.
   • Our customer service team will contact you to confirm sizing & garment details after purchase.

1. Ready-to-Ship Items:
   • Eligible for exchange/return if wrong size, wrong item, or major defect.
   • Must request within 7 days of receiving the item with photo evidence.
   • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags & original packaging.
   • Refunds are only issued if no replacement stock is available.
2. Pre-Order & Made-to-Measure Items:
   • Strictly non-refundable & non-exchangeable once production begins.
   • Exception: If a major defect is found that cannot be fixed, you must report within 7 days of receipt. Refund will be issued if no replacement option is available.
3. Return Shipping Fees:
   • If due to customer reason (e.g., size issue, change of mind) → customer bears return shipping.
   • If due to defect/wrong item → AREA 37 covers shipping.
